To timelessly provide support to the team through accurate receipt, coding and care of
all stock items.
Duties:
-
Prepare accurate records for incoming and outgoing consignments. Verify
and ensure records are dutifully maintained.

Compare incoming and outgoing consignment to bills of lading, invoices,
orders, or any other records to verify information.

Maintain record of invoices sent and received.
-
Receive and process a wide variety of incoming freight supplies and
materials according to priority.

Unpack and examine incoming consignments, record damaged items,
records shortages, and corresponds with transporter to rectify issues
noted.

Contact supplier(s) and resolve any consignment challenges.

Complete orders, issue supplies from stock and maintain accurate
records.

Monitor inventory movement and raise orders when inventory is low.

To lead and motivate the sales team perpetuating excellent sales delivery and brand
representation.
Duties:

Provide effective leadership to the sales team, guiding, motivating, and
ensuring overall team success.

targets.
