Job Title: External Sales Representative
Location: Gweru
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Supervises: N/A
To actively seek-out and develop customer relationships with the intention to generate
and close sales deals. To identify prospective customers, following up on potential sales
leads. To act as a brand ambassador for the company within the region.
Duties:

Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.

Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.

Maintain and develop strong customer relationships, through dedicated service delivery.

Educate customers on product range.
-
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products as well as market conditions to understand customer specific needs.

Work closely with the marketing team to help build the company brand.

Generate and submit sales report to management.
Education: Advanced Level / Related tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Skills: Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills / Strong Negotiation Skills
Abilities: To influence and persuade. To take ownership of one’s work and drive
results. A willingness to learn and collaborate.
Other: Clean Class 4 driver’s license is essential. 5+ years’ work experience in a similar
role.
Preferred Age: 28 – 50 years old

Job Title: Internal Sales Representative - Electrical
Location: Gweru
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Supervises: N/A
To drive sales within the electrical range of products through committed, timely and
persuasive customer engagement.
Duties:

Actively drive the sale of electrical products for the branch.

Recommend and advise customers on the product range available.

Strive to create positive and lasting customer relationships.

Create an atmosphere in which the customer feels understood and satisfied with the service received.

Advise management on stock requirements.

Provide a warm, professional reception to all customers.
Education: Ordinary Level / Sales and Marketing Qualification / Electrical knowledge is
advantageous.
Skills: Persuasive / Good Interpersonal Skills / Articulate and Well Presented
Abilities: Result-orientated. Able to purposeful drive sales. Work well to instruction
and with minimum supervision.
Other: 5+ years’ work experience in a similar role.
