Job Title: External Sales Representative
Location: Gweru
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Supervises: N/A
To actively seek-out and develop customer relationships with the intention to generate
and close sales deals. To identify prospective customers, following up on potential sales
leads. To act as a brand ambassador for the company within the region.
Duties:

  •  Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.

  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.

  • Maintain and develop strong customer relationships, through dedicated service delivery.

  • Educate customers on product range.

  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products as well as market conditions to understand customer specific needs.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to help build the company brand.

  • Generate and submit sales report to management.

 

Education: Advanced Level / Related tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Skills: Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills / Strong Negotiation Skills
Abilities: To influence and persuade. To take ownership of one’s work and drive
results. A willingness to learn and collaborate.
Other: Clean Class 4 driver’s license is essential. 5+ years’ work experience in a similar
role.
Preferred Age: 28 – 50 years old
Remuneration Package: TBA
Start Date: 1st October, 2023

Job Title: Internal Sales Representative - Electrical
Location: Gweru
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Supervises: N/A
To drive sales within the electrical range of products through committed, timely and
persuasive customer engagement.
Duties:

  • Actively drive the sale of electrical products for the branch.

  • Recommend and advise customers on the product range available.

  • Strive to create positive and lasting customer relationships.

  • Create an atmosphere in which the customer feels understood and satisfied with the service received.

  • Advise management on stock requirements.

  • Provide a warm, professional reception to all customers.

Education: Ordinary Level / Sales and Marketing Qualification / Electrical knowledge is
advantageous.
Skills: Persuasive / Good Interpersonal Skills / Articulate and Well Presented
Abilities: Result-orientated. Able to purposeful drive sales. Work well to instruction
and with minimum supervision.
Other: 5+ years’ work experience in a similar role.
Preferred Age: 28 – 50 years old
Remuneration Package: TBA
